Whats the best way to fix a speaker that has had some of the cone come off of the surround?

any hardware store or hardware department in walmart, zellers, ect...

What materials are hte cone and surround?

Paper/Foam = white glue

Plastic/Rubber = E6000 (find at Michaels) or the afrementioned ShoeGoo.

pressed paper cone and rubber surround.
