ok here's what I did in my 99 quad cab
I had to use 4" seat risers like these
here's the box plans i started with , but I modified mine, I made the boxes narowwer to have smaller chamners for the 8" woofers and a larger amp rack
I got the box plans from this nice guy here

I was also able to fit a small 12" x 12" x 6" sealed box under each front seat too (that's what I had the x-max 8's in before I built the ported bx
I had to use 4" seat risers like these

oh yeah I was also able to fit a kicker ks80 substaion on the hump for a while
or there is this q-logic box for a single 12

and this mtx box for 2 10's I do believe you can just buy the box and add your own 10's if you like
