Resonant Engineering Components?
So here's the deal, I have 1 RE 12 XXX and a USA amps AX-3200DE and I plan on getting one more of each. I was looking at my mid-bass and tweeters and I'm thinkin' about going with RE XXX components as well. I know they are expensive but I just wanted to kind of have a 'matching' system, more for looks than anything else. I was planning on getting 4 6.5"s and 4 tweeters, Then I would have 2 subs as well. I was wondering if anyone had used the RE components or had any feedback on them?
Thanks for the help!

well i was thinking about getting the RE components too... just to find out that they wont fit in my car which sux! but anyways, ive heard/read/watched alot of things on the components and their suppose to be simply amazing... you can watch a few videos on youtube and see for yourself, they are very efficent, wont blow up even if u send 2x the rms and run it constant, the bass etc everything is just very good. its like how they say, you get wut u pay for! and also, i had qs! with that re 12 XXX u have and US3200amp, how much power r u sending to that sub? and what kind of alternator/batteries u have? thanks!

I've only had the sub hooked up for 2 days now, the sub is getting 2k RMS at 2 ohm. It is MIND SHATTERING! I'm running 1 auxillary battery, a 200 amp alternator, and a 3 farad cap.

oh wow, i was thinking about getting a 300 amp alternator :O would that be TOO much? or i mean would the 200 amp alternator would be enough? how low does ur voltage drop ? and how much AH is that battery nd how much u get it for :P hehe sry for all these questions lol because im struggling to decide between a re MX 15'' or re XXX 15'' .. and if i have to get a 300 amp for the xxx id rather jus go with the mx and 200 amp or 250 cuz theres like a 250$ price diff of the 200 to 300 and plus extra installation $$. and also, id have to get a stronger battery too did u do ur big 3 upgrade and 1/0 gauge wire? thanks man !

Hey guys. Since no one mentioned it, and I missed it when I was looking for mids, the XXX comps are 2 ohm, not the usual 4 ohm on most comps. Thats the main idea behind these speakers, draw all the power out of the amp!!
I want em too
