A true 200w RMS amp will be more than sufficient, however a 400/4 is your best bet because after you cut through the doctored ratings and rarely having a true 14.4v supply constantly available the amp will generally produce 60-80 watts RMS (around 300/4) which is in around what you're looking for.

Just depends on whether you want them to be loud or louder, either route should be satisfactory though.

RESURRECTION UPDATE!!!
LOL
instead of starting a new thread here it is
i picked up a JL Audio J2 320.4 amp and wired it to the speakers
These speakers sound amazing especially for what i paid,
so total cost was
149 for all 4 speakers
200 for the jl amp
= an amazing upgrade for the car!
i dont think i'm even gonna put in any subs

i lucked out and found a pair of the 6x9" on kijiji for my gf's alero which her 6x9s were acting up and they were a good upgrade for her car too
