SEMA Vehicle #2
When you look at a Demo car like the Mag you need to understand that the car needs to "demo" the product.
The Sub Box is a product that the Vendor is tring to sell.
Tim, the system looks great with all the limitation that you had on it.

They are the 8500's, which are stupid heavy on their own.
That's the great thing about life, not everyone has to like everything, there are things in the car I don't like but we have to work within the perameters that we are given and that is the end of result........................for those that don't like it, it just means it will be easier for those who do to see it cause you won't be standing around
I guess we could have left some bare MDF and thrown some cheetos on the ground and it might meet certain people's tastes

you really have to see what we started with on the car , then see what was changed and we were stuck on having to use the box, also time was a huge concern on this, i think the car turned out great, not everything is gonna blow everyones minds, but we stuck to what they wanted not us. just wait for the next one it will be something to see!!

The hole thing that i don't like is the black front piece that MTX puts on all there boxes. If you did have rules that you hand to use a pre-fab box i would of used some seude and covered the front to match the rest.

I think it looks tacky and out of place.
I'm sure the workmanship is good though.

its always hard to build a demo hehicle with a prefab box.The best one I can remember was the JL audio pontiac vibe.It soundid amazing, using only entry level equipment!I think it won best sound award at CES in 2003 or 2002
