New to the forums here and am looking for advice re having to replace rear fills and a 4 chan amp.
Was runing JBL 450 / 4 and the dreaded soft "pop" pooched the amp on start up a few days past. No one in the Winnipeg area can provide warranty service (?) for JBL so ordered a new Soundstream REF760 to replace it. Was running MD Quart QSD 5 1/4 up front and MB Quart QSD 6.5 in the rear. Hooked the Soundstream up ... and ended up with one of the rear Quarts poping after a few seconds. Have orderd CTD 6.5 60Z's to replace the rear fills and am wondering if anyone has any ideas as to what to set the crossovers at (with the speakers settings should or recomend)
That or anyone in Winni area familiar with this type setup...
