Does anybody know if Shamus has any discounts or deals for CCA members?

I don't believe so... I've never eve heard of the people from Shamus coming to CCA so I doubt they'd have a discount for us.

 

That's kinda what I thought. I drove over there yesterday (took me over an hour... i kinda got lost and drove to 3/4 of the way to 401 from Kanata before realizing that i'd gone too far o.O) to buy an Eclipse H/U. 299$ for the CD3200. As far as I know Shamus is the only business that does Eclipse in Ottawa.

Yeah... I keep meaning to stop by that place but it's pretty far for me too. (It's in the south end, near Greely, right?)

I'm out in Orleans so it's a good 30-45 minutes for me... ahwell, some day soon I'll stop by and see what they have to say. I need to get my windows tinted so maybe that'll be my excuse to stop by

 

Same for me, I'm in Barrhaven, so a little closer, but my schedule is crazy, hopefully I can manage to make it out this week.

 

hrm... bit of a coincidence that this was brought back up.

I stopped by a couple of weeks ago and talked to the guys there and I was actually REALLY impressed. I talked with James, who I believe is the owner, and he seemed to be a very down to earth kind of guy.

After chatting with him for a few minutes I got something worked out to have the windows tinted on my Panda. It will be done next Saturday and I'll be sure to report back to you guys about my experience.

If all goes well I'll be pretty excited to finally have a decent shop I can recommend guys go to visit.

(aside from the FS at South Keys to see Shon... some people just hear the name FS and avoid the place, which really is their loss)
