shop in Toronto to repair speakers?

buddy of mine just picked up some trashed JBL three-way 6x9's off e-bay.
They look to be in good condition overall, only problem being that whoever had them before melted the capacitors for the tweeter section somehow on both speakers. They'll probably be fine once the cap's are replaced
Looking for a shop to fix them up. In the north end would be ideal.
