Hey everyone,

I'm new to the forum but I've been hooked on it since I joined. Tonight my friend and I (RKnight) will be building a stereo in my smart car (finally haha)

I'll be sure to take lots of pictures for whoever is interested to check it out.

I have a 500wRMS exile monoblock amp, Clarion PXW1052 500WRMS 10" sub, both @ 2ohms, and we're building the box. It wont be the biggest box for now, but we're going to give it a shot and work with what we can, without completely loosing my trunk.

Also throwing some Vibe Slick 40 speakers in the dash, and some new door pods with speakers in them (not sure what kind yet)

Cant wait to get started

It came out pretty good I think the sub needs a bit bigger of a box, but for the sake of not loosing my entire trunk in my everyday car, it'll do for now haha

it's me I spend the weekends in bolton at my uncles house doing my build. Out in the garage every saturday and sunday

nice, i'm building an SQ car, just started working on the trunk right now, next week i start fiberglassing and bondoing

looks pretty sweet man.. you gonna carpet that box or anything? or just leave it be till you build a different box?

 

Thanks man I might practice carpeting on this box, or just wait till my next one, this was pretty much my experimentation box

sounds pretty good though, I just wanna round the intervals off a bit more next time
