I just wanted to say that Steve from www.Smartass.bz did a good job selling me the pg x600.1 amp online. He answered all my emails and questions. He basically took care of me. All thats left is testing out my new amp when my sub comes in. (in a couple of weeks). But so far great service, great buy. Good place to buy car audio from.

Glad you had a good experience, however, two things I do not like about that site:

1. They do not say they are factory authorized distributors for their products. Looking at some of the brands I would be surprised that they are.

2) They continue to use images for products they do not carry. One example is Rockford Fosgate.

I know of a couple of distributors that are upset with this site. Seems as though most of the product is bought through US wholesalers. However its too early to tell. I would also be wary about buying from him as im prett sure that most warrenty is going to be only 30-90 days if he is not authorized.

This web site is NOT authorized to sell Pioneer/Premier products & therefore has NO CANADIAN WARRANTY.
If you read into the "about us" section it talks about bringing in product from "North American" sources to get the "best price" from the recent strength of the Canadian dollar.
Don't be fooled as these prices on Pioneer/Premier are no better than what you'll find at your local retailer & in some cases they are well ABOVE MSRP.

OK first of all thanks Ryan the pleasure was all mine. Secondly yes I purchase products from the US and Canada. No I am not autherized some brands. However I only deal with suppliers that offer me a 1 year warranty or higher. I personally deal with all the warranty issues through my suppliers. As for the Pioneer products I didn't put them on there to blow other dealers out of the water with super low prices. It was just a accomidation line. Some lines are not cost effective for me to bring over. When I first started this site I said straight from the get go that I don't want to make people mad or distributors. And if they had a problem to just call me and I will remove or reprice the item or line. I wanted to do this ligit and legal. As this is a second job for me. Thats why I asked opinions of other members and then the thread was removed stating that it was advertising. And yes I used a picture from a product I dont carry. My web guy was just making buttons and found that pic. I will get it changed. I am not here to make your guys jobs harder or want to take your business away. Im not marking stuff up by $10 its a healthy margin as not to undercut Canadian Dealers. I am very easy going and I understand your frustrations with ebay and other e-tailers that are not stand up people. I am a man of my word. Just please don't pass judgement on me because i'm online. So lets start the list. If your a rep or a distributor please step forward and tell me what the problems are and lets correct them instead of linching me. If there is a line you carry that is PROTECTED (or otherwise known as territorial) and I am causing you grief and want it removed or if you can work with me and want the prices adjusted. Please do so. I am autherized for Audiopipe, JBL, Infinity, Bassworx, American Bass and a few others. Keep in mind we also have a store front. Its not worth it for me to get in crap over this. By the way I think I already received a call from a guy who is either a pioneer dealer or distributor asking about a deck that is not a canadian piece and is going to visit the store front to check if we have it. And had he just told me who he was I would have been more then happy to rectifiy the stiuation. OK guys Im not hard to work with. I totally understand that some of you have put all your money into a store front, shop or warehouse and I to had a shop and understand what it is to survive. I dont want to screw with your families income or your investment. Ok I hope we are cool and straight. Thanks Call me sometime. 519-425-1658

I'm not the one to speak with about representing Pioneer products but I can tell you that bringing in product from the USA can get you in some legal trouble. If you'd like to find a way to work things out please contact Pioneer Electronics of Canada at the number in my profile.

Ok great thanks I will remove it till I talk to them directly. This is what I will do guys. If there is a product line in question, I will call the company directly and inquire weather the line is protected. If it not then there is no issue. If it is I will contact the distributor for Canada and if I can purchase it from them and they agree to online sales or maybe just allow me a series in the line at the distributors discresion and dictated price then cool and if not at all.... cool. No problem.

it would make me feel better if you removed all the things that you arent authorized by the manufacturer or canadian distributor to sell, otherwise you are misleading people and disturbing the wonderful harmony that i like to refer to as a legitimate/authorized retailer of products and not a lying/misleading dooshbag
