Soundstorm

Hi I found somme soundstorm stuff on the web at very low prices, but I don't know anything of this brand...does anyone know if it's great or not?

I was looking up Sound Storm and found this old thread ... thought it was worth a bump ...

If it's such a bad brand, why are they offering products that are listed as "2000 RMS" and "3500 RMS" ...
Wouldn't anyone hold them to it?

Or it's good ... for only a few months?

Because they can.....

This is a prime example of why new car audio buffs get confused at the array of products out there. One of those amps might put out 2,000 watts, but it will only do so only under very specific conditions and probably for only a couple of seconds before it goes up in flames.....

Manufacturers are free to put anything on the amp they like....generally the more writing on the front, the more on the inside..... This link contains a very good explanation of the issue.....
