Ive been looking on a few sites and eBay for some DIY speaker kits. The one I have found seem to be a good price, around $200 cdn for the kit (minus wood) but they don't seem to give good reviews on these speakers from other users who have built them.

One was the Pi speakers entry level setup, they said it was a good speaker for its price but lacked in some areas.

Is it very hard to make a good speaker kit for around $200 that sounds real good? If so is there links to the kits?

So far i have looked on Pi speakers website and creativesound and partsexpress

I liked the sound of the Adire Kit51s... I was gonna get them, but they were a little expensive for me.
