SPL Curious

Ive been reading up on bass racing and competing and all that.
Not saying ill be competing any time soon I just find that whole scene interesting and may attend a competition in Toronto this year.

Most likely getting the DD2512 sub, Eclipse XA1000 amp and Eclipse 3200 deck. With this set up and a custom ported box, what SPL levels would I be running approximately???

it all depends on the box design. you can run any where from around 120 to mid 140's...

He is right it is alot to do with box, i was doing 142 with one 12 and 250 watts on a TL

neons can get loud, but it takes some work, spl is a weird but fun game, test test and test, no one will be able to give u a score range over the internet, its all about what the metre says
