Street A box just completed!!!!

No I am not going street A!!! I thought I would build a box and find someone to use it. I just love to build things. Checkout the 1 1/2" top plate. The box is 2.7 cu/ft with 48 sq in. of port.

the port needs to be long when its that big and the box is so small [img]tongue.gif[/img]

Exactly Chris! If I went with a port in the 10 - 20 sq in. size then the port would have been alot shorter. The box is tuned to 43 hz.

it's a crx box with slot ports, if u havent seen a design like this yet i dont know where u've been

Try it with 37.5 square inches of port 16.5" long for each side it was a bit louder than 25square inches per side for me [img]graemlins/thumb.gif[/img]
