Subwoofers

Hi everyone, im looking to buy a new sub
Presently i have 2 Hollywood Rs2001 15"(speakers are like 5 years old even more) pushed by a Power Acoustik Lt1920 (but the amp just work on one channel so it push 370rms on 4ohm or 440rms on 2 ohm) I'm going to change it next year when ill have the money.
For now i would like to change the sub to get a better one (12" or 15") but i really dont know much about subwoofers. I live in montreal and my price range is 350-400$ and that need to include any taxes or shipping (well i can pickup it if its near montreal or quebec city).
Presently i have 3 choice... but someone told me that RE subs are crazy but i don't know the price of them. But im open for all offer
