Which system, please respond.

Hey all! i'm looking to get a new system and here are two choices i have, which over all would be the best system to get

System #1

Eclipse CD3200
Pioneer Premiere TSA632P 6.5" (2pair)
Infinty Reference 7541A 4 channel amplifier
Bassworx 12.2 SVC 4ohm sub

Or

#2

Eclipse 3200
Atomic speakers package 6.5cx (2pair)
Atomic Manhattan 12 sub
Atomic 802 amp

both are the same price. Thanks!

the atomic speakers look better. The Infinity amp is way more versatile, as you can power 2 fronts in stereo, and bridge for a sub channel. Eclipse deck is good. Unfortunately, I'd need to mix and match...so i can't choose one or the other.
