Which System Would You Run?

So i just picked up a new rig, a 05 Wranger Rubicon. Need less to say jeep doesnt have a sniff of a clue what a decent system is...
I have heard alot of systems sporting Focal and Hertz so i have came up with 2 different systems and i was wondering which one you would run for the speakers?
1:
Focal 100KP - dash
Focal 130KP - rear bar
Powered by Audison LRx 4.5
This consists of 2 sets of 2 way componets front and rear powered by a 4 channel amp
2:
Hertz HCX 100 - dash
Hertz HCX 130 - rear bar
Hertz MLK 165 - custom parelle to rear bar w/ tweet on top of dash
Powered by Audison VRX 6.420
This consists of 2 way coaxil's in the dash and rear bar and a 2 way component that would be fabed up to go above my head w/ the tweet at head lvl

What do you think? OR if you have a better suggestion fire away im open to suggestions

do not get the rear bar speakers and use the $ for the VRX 6.420 to go in the focal set up

I guess I'm the oddman out but that Hertz system wud sound ridic! Those MLK's sound orgasmic. I sell Hertz at work, and that's what I run in my car, and have nothing but good things to say. But to each his own

Hertz as good as focal but i do not the line up
i was going to go to the top of the line of Hertz but i do not think or know if that is the hcx speaker
what i was looking at is the amp is far better is the Hertz set up ,it is an amp i would remove when i sold the car and replace with something

Hertz has 3 lines for the most part, Energy, High Energy, and Mille. They also have "Space", but it isn't as popular, it's designed for areas with very shallow mounting depth. HCX line is the high energy line, which bang for the buck is the way to go. The Mille are amazing, but pricey. Best bang for the buck would be Mille up front, and high energy in the rear for your rear fill. As for amp, have you checked out the Hertz amps? They make some really impressive power, and are well priced. They even make a killer 5 channel, then you could add a single sub, nothing boomy, it will just add some low end and take the stress off the rest of your speakers.

What would be the point in running a VRX 6.420 in the focal system when i am only running 4 speakers? the other 2 channels wouldnt be used at all...
I already have a Thesis HV Venti powering my subs so whats the point in having 6 channels?
