Any tech that has 24/7/365 availability (James - Automobility) gets my vote hands down. I have never had problems with Staub, mind you I have also dealt with them for almost 20 years now. Who reeks the most is simple - Autopage. Dropped the line because of **** poor tech support.

I have the worst customer service from JVC. Not just car audio but everything. They won't return phonecalls, they don't answer the phone.

Voicemail has completely fawkedup warranty issues or just plain customer service. I swear they screen their calls that way and just plain ignore the issue.

Do away with caller ID, voice mail and answering machines and have people just answer the fawking phones instead of push 1 for this, 2 for that, * to start over etc...... and then "hold for the next available representative" that probably just went for lunch since your probably holding for 30-45minutes just to find out the person that picked up can't help you and you have to call back and choose a different option to start all over again.

I'm not bitter, I'm just sucking on a bag of buckleys cough drops.

DEI is pretty good. Clarion is pretty good when you can get a hold of Sanjay.

Answering the damn phone is a good start and returning messages is a second. IF they are based back East, they had better at least be open until 6:00 PST to help the western dealer base.

How about having people that actually KNOW something, and not just people that flip through the same manual you have sitting in front of you when you phone...
