TF ONE Subs - Part 2

1 Attachment(s)
Well since this thread http://www.canadiancaraudio.com/onli...-one-subs.html has run its course and was locked I'll start a new one for futher discussion.

So up to date TF1's have 2 out of 3 top Canadian scores in the Street category.

Top Street A score, along with 1st and 2nd highest Street B scores for Canada. When will the SPL INC join the dark side and give us that 158?

Anyways, testing last week with a pair of 12's in my car I have the following result,

Attachment 23863

yes, i know its a terrible photo. camera phones, what are you going to do. The score is a 155.48 db, Street B legal, car off.

TF1's also come in 18's now - $460 each.

If you are competing in street or looking for something to daily beat with alot of power you should probably order some TF1's. Solid performance for the money.

Sorry to all those who have been waiting on new stock....it is finally on the way.

Price List

10" - $400
12" - $430
15" - $450
18" - $460

For more test results please check out this thread http://www.canadiancaraudio.com/onli...-one-subs.html

They hold the Street A & B records... how much more "in action" do you need? ;)

Jo-Psyko 04-07-2008 02:07 PM

yeah but record holding isnt just the subs. you put one of those in my car and it wont break records just because of the sub.... now two of em and alot of freakin power and alot time on the car then maybe... but in the same situation it could do the same with other subs as well....

but that price is really REALLY hard to turn away from.......

JordyO 04-07-2008 02:11 PM

that's the thing though.... is there ANY sub that you can just drop in and break records?

None of the others will do it.... so you may as well go with one that you know has the possibility and can be had for a cheap price ;)

Jo-Psyko 04-07-2008 02:14 PM

well either way it has to wait until i have some real power in the car... or i actually decide what damn class im running, if i go street im going to run 2 tens and right now i only have 1. whats the deal on re cones?

Father Yuli 04-07-2008 02:16 PM

you are right about doing a number with any sub if you really work hard at it.

from what i saw in my crx, TF1 10's were louder than APX 10's. Same box, same power, same car. So like you said, you can get loud with anything, a little bit louder with some subs than others tho.

these subs are not magical, you wont all of a sudden become 10 times louder if you get them, it's all in how much work and effort you put into your set up as a whole.

the reason why i post pics of the scores is so you guys can see that these subs are actually capable of the numbers. from that point on it's totally up to you guys what kind of personal opinion you will formulate.

so far i think these are the best spl subs for the money in canada. for the street category anyways to say the least.

Recones are available.

Mr.American Bass 04-07-2008 02:16 PM

Great product trust me and the boys out West will see them in action very soon. Well not Tf1s but their twin brother AB-HD so people listen to Yuli they are the best bang for your buck sub on the market.

Jo-Psyko 04-07-2008 02:27 PM

well there is no denying they cant be beat for the price and i've read everything any one has said about them and ive seen them gain over other subs, and it doesnt need to be ten times louder but the meter reads .1 so you can win or lose by .1 and if they make that difference then well.....

You guys do it and I'll edit my post :cheeky4:

Father Yuli 04-08-2008 01:28 PM

i think i might have been able to get it as loud as 155.6 but im not fat enough, needs one more person on the hatch.

ShockingCanada 04-08-2008 02:36 PM

...

these subs are legit, they are loud and hold together really well. I love mine, I only hit 153.2 with them in street B but it was basically a street A setup because I used one amp and 2 10s, only thing that made it street B was the battery size but I feel like I won't loose much by going to a smaller battery because its only one amp

Father Yuli 04-08-2008 02:48 PM

thank you Tom.

There you go, another satisfied user.

Rip Rock 04-08-2008 06:19 PM

Thats not to bad of a price. How much is your re-cones?

dtbrown 04-08-2008 08:28 PM

I saw these subs at SBN and they are very nice subs. No doubt that they are loud.

MadGreen 04-08-2008 08:47 PM

ouuu 18's :smokin:

ShockingCanada 04-08-2008 09:37 PM

just my opinion but I think SPLinc will be louder if they use TF1s

Mr.American Bass 04-08-2008 09:54 PM

Yes they should be and just as loud with Hds.

As small as their boxes where I'd expect the TF1's to be a little louder. Either way they can't go wrong with them.

where are these HD's you speak off? you mean the TF1 knock offs? whatever they did with the AB HD sub i doubt it will touch TF1's suspension capabilities.

my guess is around $120. i'll find out exactly how much.

Mr.American Bass 04-09-2008 01:51 AM

Bro why do you call our subs Knock offs i dont bash your product do I lol. The only thing i have ever said about your subs is that they are great and worth every penny have i not. P.s I also said i think they will be louder with Tf1s in the crx so please stop trying to hurt my feelings lol. This suspension you always talk about are JW subs the same as yours are you going to tell me they are diffrent also. P.s knock off so that means your soon to come 18" tf1 is a knock off of our sub since i posted that we had a 18" 2 moths ago. P.s i will call you this week HOMO

Father Yuli 04-09-2008 02:28 AM

TF1's are konaki knock offs, remember. my final product doesnt even come off the same assembley line as the AB HD subs do. sure, the motors and the baskets are made by the same company but where do the coils come from? how about final product assembley?

where ARE these HD subs? Im really lookin forward to actually seeing some. Hope for some test results soon from an AB HD sub. Should be great if they are anything close to TF1.

Jo-Psyko 04-09-2008 02:32 AM

this is something im also waiting to see.... as the jump has been made and its all street a now...

Recone price ranges anywhere from $70 to $140. Shipping is extra, but shouldn't cost much with in Canada.

Recone price depends on the size and coil config.

Mr.American Bass 04-09-2008 04:09 PM

Father Yuli you will see them very soon bro.

Father Yuli 04-10-2008 10:28 AM

looks like someone is gonna get loud - someone ordered a TF1 18!!!

i'll post pics when it comes.

ShockingCanada 04-10-2008 11:01 AM

I have the feeling that the top Canadian street A score will be going up pretty soon courtesy of TF1

PsychoAcoustics Canada 04-10-2008 11:23 AM

Green Hornet 04-10-2008 11:42 AM

i can tell you that the monthly advertising fee is worth it on here.......if you are selling a quality product at an affordable price, such as TF1's.
