TF ONE Subs - Part 2
#92
Dale it was strapped at 1 ohm, unfortunately i did not have any dual 1's on hand. When I get one I'll do this again, strapped at 0.5 ohm. I want to see what it takes to blow one. Or maybe I'll use this same sub with a strapped pair of bigger amps.

I am even more impressed then, we both know there is a pretty good jump between strapped at 1 and strapped at .5. I predict 53.4 @ .5.

hard to say bud.
but guessing the coil will take a bigger load then we a thinking.
it looks pretty well made.
i dont think both my amps together could break one down

the problem that i had with DD subs (9500F) was that the cone would fold or shatter when you throw power at the sub, around 3500 rms.
with atomic, i had cones separating from the former all the time.
just tryin to see if any of the above will happen here and at what power/abuse levels.
