I was wondering, the "Thiele-Small" parameters of my sub are:

Vb = 2.539cf
Fb = 21.42hz
F3 = 25.85hz

Are these caculations what I should be sticking to interms of best performance for my sub spl wise or sq or both?

I ask this because I made a box with a Vb = 4.114cf tuned to 42.5hz and though it wasn't tested on a terlab it really doesn't sound lounder then my old vented box!

I just want to know if I made a mistake make this large box and tuning it so high?
