thin subs

Obviously I have a biased opinion but they do sound pretty good. You have to give them a decent amount of power though (300+ watts RMS) as they don't have a damper (spider). The suspension is handled by a double cone with the air trapped between the two cones acting as the suspension.
That would be really cool if they were only two inches deep but they're actually just shy of four.

ya just looked them up and they seem to be 3.25" deep, close enough to 2"(lol sorta ) are they good for small boxes? like .5f^3? and would they sound ok with 200 WRMS?(amp is Alpine MRP M200)

Damn nevermind, it looks like they only come in 4 ohm design. which wont work for me.(amp puts out its power at 2 ohm )
is there any other sub thats really thin and wont set me back a whole lot? the whole sub has to be no more than 5.25" deep. from the looks of it this is gona be a hard sub to find. oh the sub has to be 2ohm SVC or 4 ohm DVC.

JohnVroom, the pioneer sub that i was looking at only comes in a 4 ohm design(as far as i can tell) and my amp puts out 150 WRMS at 4 ohms, 200 WRMS at 2 ohm. sooo.... i need a different VC configuration, to get the most out of the amp.

we've been putting these subs out the door as fast as we can. we've found that cotrary to pioneers specs, if you put two in a single enclosure .08 cu internal with tons of power they will pound stupid and the sq is ridiculous. best sub ever put out.
Andrew, what are you doing on the board....your supposed to be on vacation?
