hey guys just wondering if you think this was a good deal.
JL Audio 500/1 slash series amp for $80 bucks shipped.

 

It's a good deal as long as it works and doesn't need to be repaired.

 

Or does not have the circuit board missing inside.

 

it does work. he just upgraded his system and wanted the amp to sell fast.

 

Sounds more like the thing is too hot to handle if you only paid $80.00 for it.... good deal if it works and is not hot.

 

Also depends on how it looks. eg. uninstalled via pry bar etc.

The latest Slash series amps are at V2 and I've heard that JL will be discontinuing the Slash series. So, an original 500.1 Slash used is probably going to sell for $150-$250 in mint condition. Ya. That's a good deal if everything's legal.

 

was uninstalled properly. here is a pic. when i get it im thinking of getting the cover stripped and my tattoo airbrushed on it.
