If you're an easterner........... Ontario Hydro sometimes does the same thing, but I haven't looked it up lately. Anyways Yuli, WTF would you need to buy a $100 truck for when you're cruising in a leather swathed Jeep with $50,000 in sterio equipment!??!??!?!?
