watch the port air velocity: around 100 ft/sec is too high and you will hear the air movement through the port.

I'd like to see a cone excursion plot cuz the response curves look like the box 'might' be too big That or that woofer has a pretty impressive QTS.
Nah not annoyed, I've just seen post before get put up and in like litterally minutes people have jumped on it lol so my apologize for being impatient I kinda tend to get that way when I am somewhat "excited" about something. I have this really stupid habit, if it's not avail or I can't get it home that day I won't buy it if I want something I want it now lol...

The program will a "dark" or "faded' line indicating the port has to much turbulence which then will cause whistling and what not. So I alterd the port size abit then it put it to "acceptable" limits but I guess it needs to be more acceptable lol

The EBP is 97 and the QTS is 0.29 so not sure is .29 low high? not sure like I said this ported box is totally new to me.

If you have the time and some spare MDF, mayeb try a box around 2.25-2.5 cubes, maybe tuned to 30hz, around there? I have run Jl 10's in boxes tuned around 35hz and was always happy. Maybe try a 2.5 cube box, with a slot port, 7" high by 3" wide, by 21" long, if you can fit it. That will give a max vent velocity of 18 m/s, at around 25hz. Should work well, maybe some of the Eclipse pros can help you out, Mr2nr, Gilligan's Hitch, or Chadxton......

No problem, might be a bit of trial and error, but if the box does not work for your application you can always sell it, or keep it for something else.
