Tweeters up high?

I just got my Cruze redone couple weeks ago. All Addictive Audio with components up front, disconnected back door speakers, installed 6x9s on the rear deck and a 10" sub in the trunk. The components and 6x9s have their own amp as well. While cleaning my car yesterday I realized the highs coming from the 6x9s were not that nice while sitting in the back. Not the quality but they were dominating the front speakers and made a sound stage behind the seat that was quite unenjoyable.

My question is, would reconnecting the back door speakers with components and then running the tweeter high on the pillars on each side in between the doors fix this problem?

Also, I'll note that being the driver the sound is amazing and extremely pleasant, would that mess everything up?

Please give me your thoughts if you have a second.

Thank you!
