Oh yeah, installing and working on cars for a living.............everyday.............

 

I like to watch girls all day at work, they are everywhere. They are a great distraction from the "norm" back in the install bay. Today for example, my guys are removing spaghetti with meatballs from a Expedition in the form of the add on Ford remote start / keyless module. It was installed by "them" and it is for sure not pretty, one of the worst I have ever seen. While I sit here up front in the sun watching the girls go by listening to my guys whine, bitch and moan and about this job, I took a second to walk back there and tell them this, "do your job properly and professionally and then another shop will never be able to say this about you". Made them stop dead in their tracks and both said, we already knew that...........

Can't we all just get along?

Life is too short for us to be bickering with one another, when clearly none of "US" are the problem.

All of us here are good guys and we all care -- our job is too educate and to instruct. Make things better by affecting change. Lead the way, show others the proper path.
