is anyone running 2 alterantors on their ride, if you are let me know

 

there is a few ways of running dual alternators.
-twin alts with internal regulators
-twin alts with shared external regulator.
if you are competing in db drag all equipment must share a common charging system with the vehicle.

 

ooo So does that mean if I install a second alternator, they must work together? Like, I can't hook up the stock one to the vehicle itself (motor, headlights, etc) and the second one just for the stereo? Even in Super Street?

 

Yes, that's exactly how it's stated in the rules.
