vinyl adhesive...
#1
I am trying to source a vinyl adhesive in the Kitchener-Waterloo area...
I did research on here and and CarSound, and found that most people recomended DAP weldwood or DAP Landau Top adhesives.
I have looked at all the major stores (Home Depot, Rona, Home Hardware, Walmart) and cannot seem to find this stuff anywhere (Home Depot and Walmart carry DAP products, but not their adhesives).
Does anyone know where I might find such a product? I only need a small amount as I'm just putting vinyl on my sail panels.
Thanks.

lots of times glue of any sort isnt required. if you are doing inside cor=ners than yes you would need glue. we just finished a 2005 celica gts(will post pics today), a pillar tweeters, flood pods and a full trim panels in the hatch, done in vinyl and didn use 1 drop of glue, a good stapler(air) and some heat, can save you alot of lumps and bumps that can come from using glue and vinyl

well, it's the sail panels that I'm doing, which are ABS, so stapling definately isn't an option. I have a heat gun as well, is that what you would recomend to install the vinyl (as you can tell, I've never used it before). It shouldn't be a big job...I just need to cover up the panels because they have a hole in them from my previous tweeters.
