Visonik sub/amp/box combo

A buddy of mine just ordered 2 of these:
XScargo
I told him he would be better of buying a couple RF Stage 1's but he's was to cheap. My prediction is that they work fine and as expected for about 3 months and then fall apart. But hell, if they work good and last a long time he would have found a steal. What do you guys think of these?

I don't see why it would fall apart in 3 months. I imagine it doesn't sound great, but if he likes it it should be fine.

Newb yer probably right though it is still fun to make fun of it. When I think about it, my first system wasn't much better but I really think i'd rather be with out a sub/amp combo than have that one.

That particular pakcage is probably garbage, but dont under-estimate Visonik. Last year at Voice Coil Meltdown @ Selective Sound, I saw 1 Visonik 12 hit 147.x dB in IdBL on an AC 190...
