Anybody had experience with these guys? How are they with shipping etc etc?? Prices seem good

but they ship the items with all the original booklets,sticker etc.
on a different note:electronic giant sucks,they keep all the stickers and even try to resell them.
they don't stand behind the warranty they advertise.
IMO Ravi is way better to deal with.
