Wall Ticket? (gooftarded cops)
So, anyone else get a ticket for having a wall?
LOL...on my way home from work this morning, i get pulled over, and the dude starts blabbin on about how he can tow my car and how theres at least 8 tickets i can get blah blah blah, im like, sure bud, do what you gotta do...
he ends up giving me a ticket for Window Obstruction, $110, and tells me, dont let any other cop see you driving it, or it will be towed and impounded.
He said hes doing me a favour by not towing and impounding it...what a fukin goof.
So now, on my birthday im sitting here in ajax, where i dont live, with a car i cant drive and $110 ticket i refuse to pay due to the fact as far as me or the HTA is concerned i didnt do anything wrong.
All the HTA says is:
""73. (1) No person shall drive a motor vehicle upon a highway,
(a) with any sign, poster or other non-transparent material or object placed on the windshield or on any window of such motor vehicle""
So, technically because the wooden wall isnt ON the window, im legal as far as im concerned. The cop was ignorant beyond belief, was talking to his buddys lauphing about me, the incident and my car(and i could hear him and them)....all in all, awsome start to an awsomely fuktacular day, nevermind that i have to work again tonight....geuss im stuck with the 07 impalla, tow the car tommorow.
Anyways, anyone else ever have any problems?

Wow that is Retarded!!! The first thing that comes to mind, why doesn't he pull over EVERY single cube van then? cause you can't see out the back directly out of one of them, and you don't need a special license for them? Maybe its just the drunk talk right now, but it makes sense in my head!

and Klown, thats what i said, i said "so if you cant see out your back window, its illigal?", he says yes, very, and i say "how can companys sell cube vans, big rigs with trailers, and vans with no rear windows at all?"...and he says, "Because there trucks"

im fighting it, and im gonna be so prepared to make this guy look like a total fuking tool, as well as ill be lodging a complaint after i win that he threatened to tow my 100% legal vehicle as well as put a note on my plate to pull over and impound if seen, cuz Officer Coknuckles had a watermellon up his ***.
Like at least know the laws your trying to enforce (im a mechanic, i know is legal to be operated on the roads...lol)
Wait till they see my truck rolling round with 450 horses under the open spot where the hoods supposed to be and then look at where the bed is supposed to be...dicks

and a you can get the gm version of the pt cruser (cant member the name) with no back windows just windsheild and driver and pass door windows and that is a car (my moms brother has one)
