Warrenty question

Warrenty question

Will Ultimate replace/fix an amp under warrenty even if it was my fault for breaking it?

What exactly did you do to it? Like my buddy says warranty doesnt cover stupidity

The ground in the amp is fried. Not too sure exactly how we did that but i was told it was from connecting it to the battery without being properly grounded first.

its an over the counter exchange.
go to vision's, last time i checked they carry t2 stuff and no t3 anymore..
is it a t1 t2 or t3?

edit: haha yeah t3 that will have to go back to ultimate... send smartass a pm.

Normally no, if its user error you can't expect Ultimate to cover it. However I have sent one away for repair and a bill and came back free.

That's if he bought it from Visions, they won't replace an amp not purchased from them.
