Water Damage to crossfire BMF-1000d
Well it has been raining lots here lately , But my amp blew on me , There was water in my spare tire well where my amp was sitting, and I didnt know. and I was driving and heard a pop and my subs stopped working and I smelled burning . so I pulled over and looked and there was 3" of water sitting around my amp.
Well my question is, I opened it up and in the top corner there it is burnt, I know its a older amp and was wondering can it be taken some where to be fixed ,or am I hopped .I love these amp and dont really want to change, so you think I have to find another amp.
Thanks

Without seeing the amp board etc, nobody can tell you if it can be repaired.
Shouldn't cost much to have it look at / to get a repair quote.
Weight the pros and cons before repairing it over a new amp.
I can't repair amps but I'm betting it not worth the cost to fix, over a replacment, with 3"of water+electricity, somethings cooked well done!!
Bummer dude.
