I wish we could do what dentists do, charge for missed or late appointments, most of them also have "emergency fees" which basically means there is an extra charge for same day stuff. That would be cool.

"What do you mean it was an estimate" See the bold words that are an inch high and 4" wide that say ESTIMATE on your piece of paper there in your hands. When we asked you if you wanted to upgrade this this and this and you said OK I think that you are right, go ahead and do it, does this mean that it is free. Grrrr. YOur speaker was rotten, literally, here it is, see no more surround. No you do not get free speakers because yours are old.

"Hey dude,
I know you close at 6 but I can't get there untill 1 or 2. Yes I understand other people have booked appointments throughout the day but I'M only in town for the day. Can you install a deck, 2 amps, 4 speakers, 2 subs and build a fibreglass box for my 2003 gm extended cab?"

I don't think head office would condone that. Heck they got upset when I suggested we charge a few extra bucks to install a starter we don't carry. My logic is it takes longer so we should charge more since we are usually not as familiar with other stuff. I was told that was bad customer service.
