I wish we could do what dentists do, charge for missed or late appointments, most of them also have "emergency fees" which basically means there is an extra charge for same day stuff. That would be cool.

Ok then...
Easy if you run an independant,not so much for a chain. Created more headaches than help when we tried it. All we end up doing is pissing off the people with seemingly legit excuses.
