What am I SQ or SPL?
Then you need to basically throw out the game plan you have now and start from scratch. A good system is one that is matched together properly for a dedicated task. It is not one that is just thrown together (with what was it 30 pairs of 6.5" coax's?)for whatever the reason may be. You might have the best gear in the world, however, if it is poorly matched together for their abilities, it is completely worthless.
So far from our conversations that we have had and your posts here on the forum, you have been going 100% backwards and just now have realized it so it seems. You may now have spent a whole crapload of loot on all the wrong gear. Figure out the game plan for what you want. Then a proper system layout can be designed.
Will you keep your business in Canada and see the value that a good dealer here can offer?, well, that is up to you. So far your dealing out of the US seems to have gotten you not too far except for a nasty case of bad sound.

You need to come up with a game plan. Otherwise, you lose every time. Lay out the goals for what you want. Good sound, obnoxiously loud, modifications to the vehicle etc. What you plan on doing, what you plan on having done. A cd based system or dvd based system. A budget is important. What level of service you expect from a dealer. Right now and from day 1 you have lacked a game plan, that is the very first thing you need to do if you want to be competitive.
EGA 700.2 - start eliminating amplifiers, too many
EGA 680.4
PCA Class D 3500.1
Tarantula 960.4
Tarantula 6.5 x18speakers 120RMS - see you later, (18 pairs, WTF?)
Tarantula 6x9s speakers 150RMS - hit the road, bye bye
Tarantula T4 Subs. X2 900 RMS 1Ohm - can a proper box fit in your car for 4?
Van Gogh 6.5 Components 150RMS - might be able to be salvaged
SC40 Farad Capacitor - no need for this at all
170AMP Alternator (custom made). - a must have
140 sq Ft BrownBread. - good score and necessary
Alpine 9855 - will do the job, I prefer Eclipse
You need to get rid of a lot of the clutter in the system. Way too many speakers and too many amplifiers. Can a proper box fit into the trunk of your car limitations of what you have and how it will fit into the vehicle. Bigger does not mean better, more does not mean better. All that bottom end means that you must pay more attention to the front end. This is where good, really good speakers installed properly come into play.
Installation is what is going to make or break the system as it lays right now or whatever changes are made to it. Map out a new plan of attack on the vehicle.

Here's what I would recommend a customer like you...
2 pair of good 6.5 component in the front
1 pair of good 6.5 component in the back
Subs, depending on vehicle, music type, but 2x15s or 4x10 or something like that
amplify each channel, get a decent deck (looks like you have one)

18 pairs of seperates? Is this a demo vehicle?
But seriously:
Keep the cap/alternator/sounddeadening
Tarantula 960.4 to run front stage
One set, but if you must, 2 sets of components up front, please not 3-18, you make baby jesus cry.
6x9's in the rear, again only if you must.
PCA Class D 3500.1 to run the two Tarantula subs
If you have to have speakers in the trunk lid I would build a switching network so either the interior or trunk speakers will be on, not both.
So, ditch about 16 pairs of the mids, both the EGA amps, preferably the 6x9 and 2 more sets of mids, and see how that is.
Really, when it comes to drivers, less is more. I'm doing 9 drivers total in my car and I'd prefer to get that down to about 5 ideally. Really, 2 drivers would be the perfect solution, full range right and left.
