what amp is a good match for a dual 1 ohm 18" inhuman? anybody still running these?

 

I had a set of them, i put one of them into my Golf and wired it into a 2ohm load and ran it off my Rockford bd1500.1 and holy jeeeeeebus was it loud. Id try to find and amp that runs at least 1000watts at 2ohms, you could run it at .5ohms but why put that kind of load on an amp for daily listening.

Im a big Rockford fan so my vote would be for a Rockford T1000.1, Kicker ZX1000.1 or JBL BPX1100.1. Make sure you have good mids though man, I just had stock speakers in my Golf when I toss the Inhuman 18 in, and it was hard to get a decent sound out of my car, just highs and lows not much between.

 

thanks. i am looking into a rockford BD1000 right now that someone has offered me... also what size box did your inhuman like best? i am going to have one built for me soon.
