Need some advice as to what amp for a JL 13W7. It is dual 1.5 ohm voice coils not to exceed 2000 watts. Presently using two Kenwood amps( one on each coil). Looking to use only one amp. Either stable at 3/4 ohms or 2000 watts at 3ohms.Any and all advice would be most helpful.

Suggestions depend on the price range.
A Zapco 9.0 at 3ohm would work great as would an Orion 2500D/HCCA5000 at 0.75ohm.

 

The Sundown SAZ1500D will produce about that at .75ohms
