What amp to power alpine speakers and componets?
Ok, im going to buy the Alpine 6 1/2" Components 2-Way Speakers (SPR-17S)
i heard they were power hungry speakers, someone told me that i should have a powerfull amp to power them (600 watt max)
Any idea's on what amp i should get to power the speakers and tweaters? alpine? kenwood? pioneer?
Also i dont know about the deal with wiring. I've never had tweaters or crossovers before. so would i need a 4 channel or 2 channel amp?
I've heard just the normal Alpine Spr 17C speakers and they sound good with a nice and powerfull amp
I have infinity's in the back powered by a kenwood amp which sound very nice.
In the very near furture i am going to buy a sub, i was thinking an alpine type r or something kenwood. i seen a nice sub on sale (kenwood kfc xw 100z dvc) it was last years model. anyone know where i can find some reviews on it or anyone know if its any good? thanks.
I'm driving a '98 acura el
Any idea's or commments are appreciated.

There are lots of options to choose from for speakers and amplifiers. It is helpful to know your budget for equipment and all future plans as well. Add me to msn and message me if you like and we can work up a system for you.
