I think the site looks professional. The appearance of the site is better looking than those of many other online retailers (car audio and other) that I have seen.

However, I would try to bring the prices down a little bit though, as lower pricing is one of the main reasons to purchase online (ease of ordering being the other). Keep in mind that FS focuses on ease of ordering on their website and keeps prices the same as in-store prices with free shipping as a bonus. I believe you will only be successful with products that FS carries if you beat them on price (cheaper overall price including shipping). If you can't beat FS on price on products you both carry, you should drop the product and focus on products FS doesn't sell. If you are priced the same as or above FS the customer will always go with FS because of their return and warranty policies and the ease of being able to go to a store to make a claim.

I would also promote the site on forums like Toronto Civics and Toronto Street Racing as those types of people are more likely to fit into the target market for the majority of the product you carry.

One last note is to make sure you deliver on your product and go above and beyond on customer service. You should maintain relationships with any customers through automated and personalized emails or whatever. If you can maintain excellent customer service I think word of mouth advertising could work out really well for you. Word of mouth is free and is often much more credible than any other form.

Good luck

Thanks for the input I really appriciate that. And yes I am trying to stay low in price range and if I find I cant offer items lower then FS yes I will drop the item. But I do thank you for the kind words. We also just bought a 1/2 page ad in the new up coming issue of PAS Magazine in there buyers guide. It is distributed and handed out for 4 months so hopefully it helps.

Thanks Again
