the only choices i have right now are the optima red top and the blue top now they are both 800cca and the blue top is a deep cycle.whichis better for a system the guy at the store told me the blue top cuz the red top wont handle the system as well i just wanted some input from you guys before i drop 200 bucks on a battery

From what I understand...If you plan on competing or running the system with the car off go with the deep cycle. If its just for everyday bumping then the red top is better. The red top will supply more power faster than the deep cycle will.
