Update: Automatic shifter is from the floor and it shakes at higher DB's ... the push button has now broke off ...
And just this week, my driver's side window has stopped working. Luckily, it has stopped working in the UP position (because I had it stuck DOWN and that wasn't fun).
Not very pleased at the moment.

Too many things to list happened to my old Astro. So far on the Windstar:
rear view mirror broke x2
overhead console pocket covers broken latches (they are really annoying)
rear hatch light cover broken. Glued on with superglue.
3 ribs in ceiling separated had to refoam x2
Rear hatch glass had to get resealed
Seems like a new tail or license light every couple months or so
..... thats all I can think of right now. Always tightening panels and things. Then there's always when it blew out one of my amp cooling fan blades at the Lindsay show. lol
And to think we've only had it for about a year.

hahah, i cant wait to hear it also, gonna be a bit since i just moved to ottawa for work, now i need to find a place i can work on it out there, then the progress begins
not really loud enuf to break windshields yet, in due time

rearview mirrow (elmers fix it - actually fixes it), every knuckle and/or joint bleeding from unseen sheet metal, one self afflicted black eye caused by slipped wrench, one slipped hole saw to the fingernail... the list grows and still I have all my digits... the same doctor in the emergency room once commented to me " Well, I guess you'll never be a hand model"

well right now im working on my back window... the hatch is gonna break reallllllllllllll soon. so far the shocks are gone in the back. The window no longer stays up. rear lights soon to go. Every burp all rear lights come on.

RIP 96 Plymouth Breeze:
Both visor clips snapped in half, interior light popped, a fuse, melted an 8 gauge wire (dont ask), and the back dash....in the car's defense i had cut part of it and didnt put any bracing on it afterward.....was "gonna get around to it later".
95 Toyota Tercel:
Part of the center console started coming loose and rattling, so i just took it off...and found a cup holder underneath! w00t!
Other than that i have been pretty lucky so far....now that i said it it's gonna fall apart on me i can just feel it. lol
