What are some of the big never were's or not yets?
Hey Dukk didn't the Rocko 6 disc changer have alot to do with the players from Nak that moved over to Eclipse& tried "borrowing" Naks technology /patent. I was told don't know if it was true that alot of Nak peopel quiet & moved over to eclipse and that eclipse makes or made rocko HU's . Just another rumor maybe ?

The RF changer was supposed to utilize a cartridge, not direct load like a Nak. From what I heard, RF was having problems manufacturing a cartridge that was robust enough for their purposes. [img]graemlins/dunno.gif[/img]
Also, when Nak developed their second generation of MusicBank they sold manufacturing rights to the first generation to whoever wanted to step up.
The original Rockford Symmetry. Well, I guess it was indeed on the market but extremely few ever got put into a car. Alot of the expansion boards they advertised for it never happened though. And that old Phoenix Gold motor-operated subwoofer that used two 15" cones facing each other, linked together with a shaft that connected to an a/c motor. Not the Cyclone but the other one. Can't remember the name. I saw it in CA&E's "New Machines" though as it was supposed to hit the market but did not.

As I recall, the Phoenix woofer was a rebadged Servodrive unit like the kind that Micheal Jackson and others use in concert.
