I'm building a box 18"x18"x23" and a 4"x10"x16" port in it. I'm dropping a DD3512 in it and will be running a 1200w rms kenwood excelon. i'll just have it sitting on the rear seat in a '99 F250 supercab for now, what do you think I should expect for spl using one of these bad boys?

Second question what kind of bracing should I use in a box this size? Just corner blocks? or somthing else?

 

i would do corner bracing and a double baffle

 

Probably a 130-140 something, depending on how much work you put into it.
