What Subs?

DD2500 series
the DD2500 series line of subwoofers are made especially for small enclosures you check those out....the only problem is that they're 500watts rms each...you might want something with a little more power...ever tried Crossfire subwoofers..?i've heard a few and they're loud...or probably MMATS..a Juggernauth 1400rms..but i don't know of distributors for MMATS in Canada...but they're loud as well...but you might need some space for that...how much space are you working with..?

Are you stuck on running sealed and if so why if you have the entire trunk to use? Some driver's work better in sealed enclosure's than others.
Strictly SPL or is this a street beater? How good SQ do you want? Exactly how much airspace can you get (a solid number is good info)?
Oh and whether it's the lane or the street with 1500rms from that MD2 your 9515 Drew will not be louder than a pair of 12L7's. Not to knock you whoring your forsale ad or anything.

I definitely wouldn't suggest the 9515 for the application. It's a great driver, but doesn't fit the original criteria well.
If you were originally looking for the MTX8500s, then Digital Designs offer the 2500 Series, new for 2006. They increased power handling, new motor strucuture, magnet spacer similar to the 3500 series. Lots of improvements for this year. It stays around your budget as well, and drop these things into a well built box and they just hammer.
