hi everyone. i have the following pieces of equipment at the moment unhooked , but after i finish my box it will be up and running:
2 JL500.1 amps > 500rms watts + each CLASS D
pioneer gm-x922, 2 CH. >600max/300rms x1 at 4ohms / 150x2 at 2ohms / 100x2 at 4ohms CLASS A
rockford fosgate 250.2, 2 CH. > 125x2 rms at 2 ohms / 250x1 rms at 4 ohms.
CLASS ?
Now, i know its not the norm, but im going to run them one way or another. they are 4 10" subs all the same series but 2 are DVC subs and the other 2 are SVC subs.now i will put 2 subs in their own seperate chamber in a ported box. so 1 chamber with 2 DVC subs and the other chamber with the SVC subs.
but this is where i need some suggestions. ANY possible combination with whatever subs connected to whatever amp. originally i just thought to run the DVC's at a 4ohm load on the JL amp and then the other SVC subs at a 2 ohm load on the other amp. but i realized, maybe i could run each JL amp to a SINGLE DVC sub wired at a 2ohm each and then use the other amps on the SVC subs. just thoughts. i figured if i have 4 amps, maybe i should use them all instead of just using the JL amps. but maybe it wont work well either. not sure?? anyone have any suggestions?? i already have 2 sets of 4 guage running to the rear hatchback of the car, and split into 2 foot long 8 guage pieces, so i can run 2 amps off of 1 4guage wire. but if need be, i can always change it if it means better performance.
any wiring thoughts and configurations? thank you
and please noone say to change amps or subs. sorry, but im not! i will only use this stuff. not thats its the best, just i dont want to.

what model subs are they ?

well the subs are discontinued pioneer premier models - ts-w1041DVC / SVC .
when i bought the first 2 i really liked their look, i thought thet were the best looking sub pioneer ever put out, plus 400rms each was not bad power. but being discounted, and being i wanted 1 or 2 more, it was hard to find these in excellent or new shape. so when i did, the bad thing was that they were SVC's. anyway yeah, im trying to sell those pioneer and RF amps. they arent up there in performance as some, but i know that especially the pioneer would do fine for a couple of subs. i selling both for $150.00 cdn, since i guess ill be using the JL's. if anyone is interested let me know. thx!
