What are your thoughts on Power Acoustik?

I've never heard of this brand before, but I've been offered a brand new Power Acoustik P3-12W 12" sub handling 1000W RMS for about $150CAD. I have a JVC CS-GW1200 that handles 350W RMS currently but as I have just purchased it recently, want to know if it's worthwhile to return it and then buy the PA sub.

I have an Audison LRX 1.1k Mono Amplifier.

IMO, junk.

You have an LRX and you want a PA sub. That's not right...

X3, that sub has no place being hooked up to your amp or even found in the same car. Same goes for the JVC imo.

Haha well I see the collective agreement that PA is junk (hence the extremely low price), but I plan on running 2 of the JVC's with the LRX. As far as I know, I don't really want any more bass than that would put out. :P Truthfully, the only reason that I have such a classy amp is because I got it for 300 bucks because it was refurbished by audison. Also IMO, 2 of the JVC 12's will be the most I plan on listening to. To be totally honest with you guys I'm quite happy with how 1 of the JVC's sounds, and I'd just be adding the second for more bass reinforcement.

$150 for a sub isn't cheap.
