Well like my name says I have a 88 prelude so what would be a good sub/subs that would put out hard hitting bass and be able to rattle windows if need be. Also what amp?

pg works well for me.
t1200.1 and 2 ti15d's.
if your going with this year
tx1200.1, and 2- x12d2's

i've heard 2 - ti10 in a porsche with a t1200.1 behind it and absolutely pound when needed to and sound ever so perfect when needed to. it's all about the box and the listening enviornment. The install play so much importance when wanting a great sounding system.

there are lots of subs available that will hit hard and rattle your windows. Why don't you give us a budget so what we know what we are working with.

Well I was looking at 2 12" L7's and a 1200 watt amp and that's $3500. So something maybe a bit cheaper that will put out similar bass.

$3500? LMAO
Where'd you get that figure from? You could buy that equipment for less than $1000.
