in that sonny video you got some dimming going on... lol
i may not have had my foot on the gass or something because i get little to no dimming normally. I mean with 20,000+ watts its hard not to have SOME difference in voltage but for the most part its pretty solid. Its nice to have the HID's too because if im bumpin at nite driving somewhere its a trip how i can be givin it all i got and they dont blink, dim or show any other signs like a normal halogen would. I think its the ballasts or just the nature of an HID not to be affected by slight changes in voltage though.
