Does anyone know of any places in Toronto that cary the Peripheral PESWIX or PAC SWIX because I would really like to keep the steering wheel controls. I was also wondering if those devices would also alow me to keep the rear controls on my nissan quest also.

Try a Future Shop. Not sure on the exact models but they do have steering wheel interfaces.
